PURPOSE: A light-emitting pen is provided to reduce the number of components and simplify the combination and connection structure of a switch controlling the turning on and off of a light-emitting device. CONSTITUTION: The light-emitting pen(1) comprises a barrel(10) receiving the core(7) of a pen; a light-emitting device(50) combined with the barrel; and a battery(5) for supplying the power for the light-emitting device, wherein it is provided with a knob member(100) which surrounds the some part of the barrel and is combined with the barrel to be moved relatively; a first conductive member which connects the one terminal(55a) of the light-emitting device and the one electrode of the battery; a second conductive member(80) which is contact with the other electrode of the battery electrically and has a first switching terminal(83) arranged in the equipment area of the knob member at the other terminal; a third conductive member(90) which is contact with the other terminal(55b) of the light-emitting device electrically and has a second switching terminal(93) arranged in the equipment area of the knob member at the other terminal and separated from the first switching terminal; and at least one switching conductive member(110) which is combined with the knob member and controls the electrical connection between the first and second switching terminals according to the relative movement of the knob member.
