PURPOSE: A device for reporting call reception of a cellular phone holder is provided to enable a user to promptly confirm call reception through the holder. CONSTITUTION: If receiving a phone call, an antenna of a holder receives electronic waves received in a cellular phone, thereby generating electric current and voltage at an input side of an electronic wave sensing part(110). The generated voltage turns on the first diode and is input to a non-reversal input end of a comparative amplifier. The comparative amplifier compares whether the input voltage is higher than the reference voltage, and amplifies the input voltage to the voltage size capable of turning on the second diode if the input voltage is higher than the reference voltage. A transistor is driven by the amplified voltage transmitted to a base of the transistor and drives a main controller(120) by forming current pass to the main controller(120). The driven main controller(120) emits light of the first light-emitting diode to the twelfth light-emitting diode, so that a user promptly confirms the telephone call. The main controller(120) drives a sub controller. The sub controller outputs voice or melody information for reporting call reception through a speaker.
