PURPOSE: A method and equipment for regeneration of waste carbon tetrachloride used for degreasing lubricant from welding wire is provided. CONSTITUTION: After producing carbon tetrachloride mixed with gas and liquid phase by distilling waste carbon tetrachloride, separate gas and liquid by using phase equilibrium. The equipment for recovering carbon tetrachloride comprises a waste carbon tetrachloride supplier, a heating means for waste carbon tetrachloride, first storage means for distilled carbon tetrachloride, the second storage means for separated tetrachloride, a cooling means for condensing gas phase tetrachloride.
