METHOD FOR DETERMINING QUALITY OF LAVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for determining the quality of laver, excellent in impartiality and accuracy as compared with determination due to the visual examination of an inspector and capable of rapidly determining the quality of laver. SOLUTION: The color of laver is measured by a color-difference meter to obtain b* value being a hue value in an L*a*b* color system and the quality of laver is determined based on the obtained b* value.
