PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device, capable of avoiding stoppage of a vehicle, even if abnormal conditions are generated in any of a plurality of communication systems. SOLUTION: A HVECU 11 and an engine ECU 12 are connected to each other for communication via communication lines L1-L4, and various control data is communicated between each communication line L1-L4. When an abnormal condition is generated in any of the communication systems via the communication lines L1-L4 and an important data necessary for traveling of the vehicle be becomes communication disabled, important data are replaced by a communication data of a normal side communication system to communicate the important data through the normal side communication system. |
