PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To immediately confirm identity on line to prevent a mischief transaction. SOLUTION: In this vicarious execution system having a user terminal, the Internet network, an article providing terminal, and a center for vicarious execution of the identity confirmation, the center is provided with an identity confirming terminal, a data accumulator for storing phone numbers input from the user terminal, and a phone number identifying device for identifying the phone number of a phone called by a user, the identity confirming terminal compares the user phone number stored in the data accumulator with the phone number of the user's phone recognized by a phone number recognizer, the confirmation of the user identity is judged when the both phone numbers get consistent, and an effect of the identity confirmation is notified to the user terminal and the article providing terminal. An identity confirmation device combined with the article providing terminal and the identity confirming terminal is also provided in the present invention. |
