PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the supply method of repair/product information by which the estimates of the repair cost of a broken-down product and the purchase cost of the product of the same kind can simultaneously be supplied. SOLUTION: This supply method comprises a step of urging a client 1 to input a retrieval condition regarding the broken-down product, a step in which a repair/product comparison server 3 receives the retrieval condition regarding the broken-down product inputted by the client 1, reads information regarding the repair of the broken-down product and the information regarding the purchase of the product of the same kind as the broken-down product from the repair/product information stored in a repair/product information data base 7 based on the retrieval condition and calculates the estimates of both pieces of the information and a step of outputting the estimates to the client 1. |
