PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a janitor deputizing system capable of simultaneously managing plural apartments and improving the efficiency of work by executing apartment janitor's work by remote control. SOLUTION: An automatic entrance unlocking device 3 for automatically unlocking the entrance door of an apartment A including plural residences 1 and shared facilities 2 in one building, a receiving terminal 4 arranged in the entrance hall of the apartment A, an absentee home delivery article keeping device 5 arranged in the entrance hall to temporarily keep article sent through a home delivery service, and a shared facilities key keeping device 6 arranged in a prescribed place of the apartment A are connected to a control server 7, which is connected to an apartment management server 9 installed in an apartment management company B through an electric communication line 8. Consequently janitor's work an be executed by remote control. |
