PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retrieval system of a cyber mall allowing a consumer to precisely and easily retrieve an intended commodity, and a management system capable of performing a precise evaluation for shop agency. SOLUTION: A Web server for the cyber mall comprises an advertisement information DB for each electronic shop and a sales condition data DB for each commodity to retrieve the sales condition data DB according to retrieval condition data from the consumer and simultaneously display the resulting sales condition data and retrieval condition data. The Web server further comprises a sales management part, a questionnaire management part, a shop agency management part, and a sales information DB for storing sold commodities or services and purchaser information thereof. The purchase information is extracted from the sales information DB, a questionnaire for transaction state is transmitted to each purchaser by electronic mail, and the returned questionnaire is analyzed to output the evaluation information for shop agency. The shop agency management part accumulates the evaluation information for shop agency in an evaluation information DB and displays the history of the evaluation information. |
