PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conceal a specified portion on a PFD electronic document. SOLUTION: A PDF file containing a character code is input and stored as an original copy data D1 into a storage part 20 from an original copy data inputting part 10. An original copy electronic document is displayed by a document display part 50, and a concealing area is set in one portion of the electronic document by a concealing area setting part 30. The concealing area is stored in a storage part 40 as a mask data D2. An intermediate data preparing part 60 bit-map-develops the character code in the original copy data D1, and covers its one portion by the mask data D2 to prepare an intermediate data D3 of TIFF form. The intermediate data D3 is returned again to a PDF form by a format converting part 70 to store a processing-finished data in a storage part 80. The shielding processing is executed for he PDF file output from a processing-finished data outputting part 90. |
