PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of improvement in heat efficiency being restricted, when a turbine inlet temperature at partial load is made equal to a temperature at full load. SOLUTION: Since the rotational speed of a turbine is lowered at partial load, a stress acting on the turbine is lowered more than that at full load. When the stress is lowered, a creep deformation rate is also lowered, and therefore, even if the turbine inlet temperature is raised accordingly, the efficiency at the time of the partial load can be improved, without impairing the durability of the turbine. Thus, an output-temperature converter 10 outputs a temperature command to increase the temperature to the turbine inlet temperature limited by a creep deformation at the time of partial load given by a load factor so as to improves the heat efficiency. In addition, the lowering of the heat efficiency can be avoided, by lowering the turbine inlet temperature at low load, and the turbine inlet temperature can be limited by the restriction due to the chemical factors, caused by the oxidation of the blades of the turbine and increase in nitrogen oxide.
|
