PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency report system that allows a master station repeater to surely detect it when a mobile slave set is operated even in the case that the mobile slave and the master station repeater are away from each other and to output an emergency message to a fire station staff of the like. SOLUTION: When a person to be nursed depresses a switch 10 of the mobile slave unit 2 carried by care-receiver and the mobile slave unit 2 transmits a radio signal including the emergency message, the emergency report system allows each slave station repeater 4 or the like to receive the signal and to generate a wired signal including the emergency message and transmit the wired signal to the master station repeater 5 by way of a path of the slave station repeater 4, an indoor wiring network 3 and the master station repeater 5, rings a bell of a phone placed at a place registered in advance such as a phone of a fire fighting station connected to a telephone line network 6 so as to deliver the emergency message or the like to a fire station staff that hooks off the handset.
