PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear fusion reaction method for generating high density liquid ion/electron plasma with a simple means and clean energy gentle to the environment which does not emit radioactive waste. SOLUTION: By injecting hydrogen ion accelerated with gas discharged plasma extracted out of an ion source on molten lithium surface in an electrode, high density liquid ion/electron plasma is produced, and with the high density liquid ion/electron plasma, Coulomb barriers between nuclei is reduced. At this moment, nuclei are made to approach to a reacting distance by the condensation force working between nuclei of the molten lithium to induce nuclear fusion reaction. Then, thermal energy generated out of the core of the device inducing the nuclear fusion reaction is taken out by way of coolant and nuclear fusion fuel materials are separated from the reaction product and returned to the core to reuse.
