PANEL SPEAKER AND DAMPER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel speaker with a long product life without deterioration in sound quality. SOLUTION: The panel speaker is provided with a vibration generating member (exciter) 201, a diaphragm 202 and a case (enclosure) 206. The speaker is constituted of a first fixing part (outer ring part) 10 to be fixed to the case 206, a second fixing part (inner ring part) 20 to be fixed to the other end of the vibration generating member 201 and an intermediate part 30 positioned at a place between the first and the second fixing parts 10 and 20 so as to rock the second fixing part 20 in the vertical direction of the diaphragm 202 with respect to the first fixing part 10. The speaker is also provided with a dumper 203 which is formed of a flat board material.
