PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image entry device a state of a read image of which can be conformed by an optional computer connected to a network. SOLUTION: The image entry device 1 connected to computers 107a-107c by a network 2, is provided with a scanner 101 that reads an image, a storage section 103 that temporarily stores image data of the read image, a communication section 102 that communicates with the computers 107a-107c through the network 2, and a primary control section 104 and a secondary control section 105 that transfer the image data to an optional computer among the computers 107a-107c.
