OSCILLATOR TESTING METHOD AND OSCILLATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator testing method and an oscillator that can test characteristics of a resonator itself of an actual machine. SOLUTION: The oscillator is formed that an end of a signal line 41 on a substrate 15 is connected to the resonator 26, and an other end of the signal line 41 is connected to an output terminal 24 as shown in the figure 1B when testing; magnetic resonance characteristics of the resonator 26 including a magnetic resonance element 17 and a coupling group 16 are tested; if the test results are passed a position and an angle of the element 17 are adjusted to be fixed the state; and thereafter an oscillating circuit 32 on the substrate 15 is connected to the resonator 26 and the output terminal 24 as shown in the figure 1C.
