PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure of an accelerator position sensor, capable of protecting the accelerator position sensor against vibration of a body and suppressing an increase in the number of parts and the weight of the structure by a vibration-proof measure taken against the accelerator position sensor. SOLUTION: The accelerator position sensor 1 is installed on an air cleaner case 2, fixed floatedly to the body to form the mounting structure of the accelerator position sensor 1. By this, the accelerator position sensor 1 can be protected against the vibration of the body, and another vibration-proof measure, which was required for the conventional mounting structure of the accelerator position sensor, is not required for a bracket for installing the accelerator position sensor 1. As a result, the number of parts is reduced, and the weight of the structure is reduced.
