FLAME-RETARDANT RESIN COMPOSITION AND MOLDING COMPRISING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a flame-retardant resin composition which has high flame retardance and excellent light resistance and transparency without impairing excellent essential mechanical characteristics of a rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin, without using a halogen-based organic compound for the rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin. SOLUTION: This flame-retardant resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of the rubber-reinforced styrene-based resin (A), 0.1-10 pts.wt. of a modified phenol-based resin (B), 1-30 pts.wt. of a phosphorus-based flame retardant (C) and 0.1-5 pts.wt. of a phosphorous ester-based compound and has >=60% total light transmittance measured at 23 deg.C. This molding comprises the flame- retardant resin composition.
