PURPOSE: Provided is an under tread rubber composition having reduced thickness and weight by using monofilaments, which can improve the rotation resistance of tires and the uniformity of tires. CONSTITUTION: The under tread rubber composition contains 100phr of a raw rubber, 2-50phr of the monofilaments, and 2-5phr of an adhesion increasing agent, wherein the raw rubber is a natural rubber or a mixed rubber comprising 60-80phr of the natural rubber and 20-40phr of a styrene butadiene rubber or a mixed rubber comprising 60-80phr of the natural rubber and 20-40phr of a butadiene rubber. The monofilament is a polyester monofilament, a nylon monofilament, or a cellulose monofilament having a density of 1.5-3.0mg/m¬3, a diameter of 10-30 micrometer, and a length of 2-5mm. |
