PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of polyamide fiber which is characterized by increasing transparency because size of spherulite is reduced by adding diamide compound, increasing smoothness, controlling irregular reflection of light, having clear dyeing property, having beautiful appearance and cooling sensation by changing form of cross-section and being useful for lingerie, yarn for stockings and sports wear. CONSTITUTION: The polyamide fiber is obtained by a process containing the steps of: adding 1-20wt.% of diamide compound of formula(1) or formula(2) and 0.1-10wt.% of chloride(based on diamide) selected from polyphosphate, naphthalene sulfonic acid salt and polycarboxylic acid salt on an early polymerizing process, followed by condensation-polymerizing to manufacture master polyamide polymer; adding mono or dicarboxylic acid ingredient as chain modifier to manufacture polyamide polymer; and then mixing the master polyamide polymer and the polyamide polymer in a ratio of 5:95-95:5wt.%, followed by melt-spinning. In formula(1) and formula(2), n is an integer of 1-5; and R and R' are C10-C20 alkyl group.
