PURPOSE: An apparatus for closing a tube well not used is provided to easily, promptly and completely close the tube well in order to protect environmental condition not to be contaminated. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises a closing opening(10) made of expandable rubber; an expandable closing cap(12) to be contacted to inside of the tube well and to form a closed layer; a filtration layer made of sand and earth over the closed layer; and alternative closed layer onto the filtration layer in a repeated manner. The expandable rubber opening(10) and the closing cap(12) are expanded when absorbing water. The apparatus further includes a punctured hole(14) at center of the cap(12); a coupling screw bar(16) inserted into the hole(14); washer(18) and coupling nut(20) positioned upper/lower portions of the screw bar(16).
