PURPOSE: A plan fixing device is provided to prevent the loss or the damage of a plan during working, and to improve the workability of drawing by enabling a user to look the plan from any positions by rotating the plan. CONSTITUTION: In the device for supporting and fixing a plan, an inclined front sliding plate and a linear rear sliding plate are separably coupled to the upper side of a body(1). A plurality of balls is arranged in the sliding plates, and a plurality of blocking plates are installed between the balls in order to intercept the movement of the balls. A sliding type guide groove(7) is formed to the bottom surface of the sliding plates, and a fixing member to be strongly fixed to the edge of a desk is provided with the lower side of the body as a fastening device. A flexible support is provided between the rear surface of the sliding plates and the lower fixing member in order to connect therebetween.
