A data collection entity defines an activity against which the data is to be managed. The team members, a global and a local directory are connected to the data collection entity. On receiving a request for data access from one of the user of the members, an identification for the user, provided in the global directory is verified and the request is permitted to a team room environment in accordance to a user profile provided in the local directory for the user.
