PURPOSE: An anchor bolt is provided to prevent release of bolt body from cover body while screw-jointing a coupling nut of the bolt body. CONSTITUTION: The anchor bolt(1) comprises a bolt body(2), a cover body(3) and a coupling nut(4). The bolt body(2) is integrally formed with a conical extending portion(22) with a male thread(21). The male thread(21) is elongated up to front end of the bolt body(2). The conical portion(22) is extended from the end of the male portion(21) to the other end with increased outer diameter. Several grooves(23) to prevent rotation of the conical portion(22) are formed toward center thereof. The cover body(3) is constructed of an uneven fixing portion(32) corresponding to the conical portion(22). The uneven portion(32) has a concave portion with the same radius to the front end of a conical body(31) while a convex portion having larger than the radius.
