The frame can be coupled using a coupling arrangement (6) to a wheel-chair (1) whose rear wheels (20) stand on the ground, and whose front (11) wheels are kept off the ground. A pulley-wheel (3) is mounted so as to be steerable by hand. The wheel on the hub side is connected to a foot-crank drive (4) operated by a wheel-chair drive and may be connected to a hand crank drive on the top end of a steering rod.(21)
