PURPOSE: An interior liner of a building and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to achieve antibacterial and deodorization effects except a decorative effect thereof, and to prevent the contamination thereof and facilitate its cleaning work. CONSTITUTION: The interior liner(100) of a building is comprised of an adhesive layer(110), which is formed with at least one mortar filling groove rows(111) in a longitudinal direction of the one surface thereof contacting the wall surface of the building; a pattern layer(120) applied on the opposite surface of the adhesive layer; and a glaze coating layer(130) applied on the top surface of the pattern layer.
