PURPOSE: Provided is a functional food for the treatment of atopic dermatitis by using natural medicinal herbal extract and heavy metal-free salts as main ingredients. Therefore, the functional food can be used for the treatment of atopic dermatitis without devastating side effects. CONSTITUTION: The functional food is characterized by comprising acute common perilla extract and salts. The extract is prepared by extracting 1 part by weight of acute common perilla with 2 part by weight of purified water by heating it at 100 deg.C.
