PURPOSE: A hydraulic control valve for a brake system is provided to make the production simple by improving the structure of a valve body. CONSTITUTION: A hydraulic control valve(17) for a brake system includes a valve body(20), a piston(30), a guide bush(40), a valve seat(50), and a restoring spring(35). Both ends of the body valve are bored for flow of fluid, and the body valve forms hollow portions(22) of a stepped cone type. The piston is installed in the hollow portion to be able to move and the piston forms passage having bored ends. The guide bush is inserted in the hollow portion of the inlet side of the valve body to support the outer face of a side of the piston. The valve seat is installed inside the guide bush to open and shut the passage of the piston when the piston moves. The restoring spring is installed inside the valve body to push the piston to the outlet side of the valve body. The valve body and the valve plug are formed in one and the constitution of the valve body is simplified. Therefore, simple production of the hydraulic control valve is performed and the cost of production is reduced.
