PROCESS FOR PREPARING CONCRETE STRUCTURE BY USING IMPROVED PRE-CAST WALL BODY COMPONENT

PURPOSE: Provided is a process for preparing a concrete structure to obtain advantages of common pre-cast mode and field-introduction mode by using pre-prepared precast components as edge wall side while introduction concrete in field for linear wall side of the concrete structure. CONSTITUTION: The process comprises several steps of representing working positions on surface of slabs; preliminarily manufacturing pre-cast wall bodies, mounting the bodies in field at required locations, mechanically jointing reinforced steel bars having large and another reinforced steel bars of the pre-cast bodies; arranging the joint bars between the precast bodies and fixing stud bolts at ends of the precast bodies to integrate the steel bar networks and the precast bodies; forming a mold to construct linear wall sides; mounting a slab cast and aligning upper/lower steel bars; and introducing and curing concrete into the wall mold and the slab cast.
