PURPOSE: A fixing apparatus for printed circuit board is provided to achieve an improved productivity by allowing PCBs to be easily assembled/disassembled to/from electrical/electronic products without using a screw. CONSTITUTION: A fixing apparatus(10) comprises a fixing end(30) having a fixing slot; support tabs(20) arranged at both sides of the fixing apparatus; bent type protruded supports(70) arranged at the position corresponding to the fixing holes formed at a PCB(50), such that the protruded supports are adjacent to the support tabs and fix the side portion of the PCB; and an elastic support(40) formed at the other end of the fixing apparatus opposed to the fixing end, and which supports an end of the PCB. An earth circuit of the PCB is connected around the fixing holes of the PCB, to thereby achieve earthing through the bent type protruded supports when the protruded supports are engaged with the fixing holes of the PCB.
