<p>The invention concerns a device for powering a lift of the type comprising a cage (10) or (210) integral with a car frame (21) co-operating with a counterweight (11). The arrangement of the pulleys is different depending on whether the guide means are central of lateral according to the load capacity. The motor (750) is integrated beneath the floor of the cage (10) or (210), the latter co-operates through transmission belts (700) on a traction sheave (23) or (123) which executes a movement raising or lowering the lift. The brake (330) (430) (540) is generally fixed on the deflection pulley (124) (224); it can also be installed on the traction sheave in a particular arrangement. The brake (330) (430) (540) or its offset device (540), is for the first time accessible from the cage (10) (210). Said braking access control device, is associated with a system linked to the ground through a fixed small cable (612) (614) passing on two small pulleys (600), the latter being mounted on a support (613) of the cage frame (617). Said device can be actuated from a landing door (718) with a linkage system (615) connected on the support (619) located at the low end of the small cable (614). The lift is released without auxiliary power by an operator of the remote monitoring system, who can operate the braking release system, thereby enabling the lift to drift by gravity in case of power failure, via a programmable automaton (333).</p> |
