The sensitivity distribution of a multicoil composed of RF coils (element coils) and used for multicoil high-speed imaging is inferred. Initial sensitivity maps (M1 to M3) are created from the images (C1 to C3) captured by the RF coils. By fitting TPSs (thin-plate splines) to the initial sensitivity maps (M1 to M3) used as target data, sensitivity maps (M1' to M3') for unfolding are inferred. In fitting the TPSs, functions such as automatic arrangement of a control point, addition of a target point to the outside of the image, use of a known model, and fitting to at least either the absolute value component of the MR data or the phase component are activated. Thus, even the imaged portion is such that only non-dense echo data is collected from the portion, the sensitivity map of each element coil of the multicoil is inferred with high precision.
|
