<p>This invention provides novel combination therapies comprising a CCR5 antagonist, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a DP-178 polypeptide, or a pharmaceutically acceptable derivative thereof, for the treatment of HIV. The present combination permits a more tolerable treatment schedule by reducing the frequency of administration of a DP-178 polypeptide from twice daily subcutaneously to once daily or even just a few times per week.</p> |
