<p>A music box having a large sound volume and an excellent sound quality, comprising a cabinet (101) having a sound board (102) transmitting a sound produced by a music box mechanism part (R), three columns (105) supporting the sounding plate, a bottom plate (104), side plates (103), and complementary wood pieces (114), wherein a spacer (106) is provided between a base frame (107) of the mechanism part (R) and the sound board (102), and leg parts (110) are disposed on the underside of the bottom plate (104) and fixed to the columns (105) integrally with each other using screw bodies (108) and (111), whereby spaces formed by the spacer (106) and leg parts (110) function effectively for sound transmission.</p> |
