<p>The invention concerns a method for processing biological analysis data comprising processing a set of data concerning the biological profile of a human or animal subject, in the form of biological items whereto are applied a set of rules providing conclusions in the form of statements in natural language. The method further comprises at least an operation which consists in assembling a set of conclusions resulting from a set of rules, so as to restrict the number of conclusions which are input in the next set of rules. Said method additionally comprises processing of genetic data concerning said patient in the form of a set of genetic items associated with a set of studied genes in said patient, said processing including executing genetic interpretation rules applied both to biological items and genetic items.</p> |
