<p>An expression system for production of full-length Chlamydial heat shock protein 60 (CHSP60) and an immunoreactive subfragment thereof is described. The expression system is arranged such that the CHSP60 or fragment is initially isolated as a fusion protein which is then cleaved off, leaving purified CHSP60.</p> |
