PURPOSE: A system for advertising, ordering and delivering the foods using the Internet EC(Electric Commerce) and a facsimile is provided to enable a user to make a payment without the cash by ordering the foods through an Internet web site and paying the amount with a credit card. CONSTITUTION: The user carries out an order for the foods simply through a visual menu on an Internet homepage and makes the payment with the credit card even if the amount is small. A member shop installs the facsimile and receives the order through the facsimile. Thus, an accurate order and the reliability of the order are realized. An ISP(Internet Service Provider) company transmits the detail of the order to the member shop and the member shop offers a fixed commission for the sales amount to the ISP company.
