PURPOSE: A semiconductor device having more than two inner banks whose size is different one another is provided to reduce pagemiss without increase of manufacturing costs. CONSTITUTION: In the device, inner memory banks correspond to require of a plurality of master devices. The size of memory is assigned as much as the require of the master device, so no need for a plurality of buffers. Therefor, the average amount of master devices commonly used each banks is reduced, and the pagemiss is reduced when the another master device in same bank accesses another pages interleavely.
