<p>A discoloration inhibitor characterized by consisting of a compound represented by the general formula (1); and optical information recording media and thermal transfer sheets, containing the inhibitor: (1) (wherein the rings A and B may each have 1 to 4 additional substituents; R1 to R8 are each a group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms; and m is an integer of 1 or 2). The optical information recording media are protected from discoloration and excellent in recording and playback characteristics and shelf stability, and the thermal transfer sheets are excellent in light stability.</p> |
