Provided are compounds capable of inhibiting the production of inflammatory cytokines. Compounds represented by the general formula (|), or pharmacologically acceptable salts, esters or other derivatives thereof: (|) wherein A is pyrrole; R<1> is optionally substituted aryl or optionally substituted heteroaryl; R<2> is optionally substituted heteroaryl; R<3> is bicyclic amino; and R<4> and R<5> are each H, substituted cycloalkyl, optionally substituted aryl, optionally substituted heteroaryl, or an optionally substituted heterocyclic group, with the proviso that the ring-constituent atoms to which R<1>and R<2> are bonded are each adjacent to the ring-constituent atom to which R<2> is bonded.
