PURPOSE: A natural energy is provided to generate electric energy without using fuel, while avoiding environmental contamination. CONSTITUTION: A magnet(1) and a metal(5) are coupled with each other, and the other magnet is and a rotary shaft(4) are assembled with each other. An adhesive is applied to the assembly so as to prevent movement of the assembly. An oil paper is inserted between the magnet and the metal so as to prevent damage of the magnet. A rotating force is obtained by the repulsion between the N-pole of the fixed magnet and the N-pole of the other magnet. A superconductor(6) is deviated from the center of the magnet coupled with the rotary shaft so as to obtain an improved rotating force.
