PURPOSE: An installation structure of rear grill of air conditioner is provided to be securely installed on a cabinet while being easily attached and detached. CONSTITUTION: A structure includes a rear grill(40) having a plurality of horizontal bars(44) and vertical bars(42) perpendicularly connected and insertion parts(46) formed by extensions of the horizontal bars; a fixing protrusion(36) formed on one side of a cabinet(30) having a rear penetrating hole(32) where the rear grill is placed and having a fixing groove(36') formed therein for ends of the insertion parts to be inserted and fixed; and a supportive concave(37) formed on an edge of the rear penetrating hole and having a supportive groove formed therein to support one sides of the insertion parts fixed on the fixing protrusion.
