PURPOSE: A system for managing and operating an alumni association is provided to easily manage the detail of an organization of an association and the reception/payment money by forming a DB including an association management program and an on-line activity area of an association manager. CONSTITUTION: The association management program is capable of inputting the association organization and component, and the accounting details, automatically calculating the inputted reception/payment money details and searching the data for the inputted component and the accounting details. The DB(20) stores the association management program. The activity area(30) is managed by a main server and is enables the association manager to carry out various kinds of activities relating to the association by connecting through the Internet(50). The main server(10) manages the DB and the activity area and distributes the association management program to an association management computer(40) with or without a charge through the Internet by receiving a request from the association manager. |
