PURPOSE: A method for realizing a post mail exchange delivery convenience business using the Internet is provided to form a both-direction post mail exchange delivery network between the member stores locating on the terminal of an individual delivery system of a plurality of companies by constructing an Internet service system. CONSTITUTION: After receiving the post mail from a forwarding customer(221) to the receiving side member store(222), the post mail is delivered to the receiving side distribution center(224) by a deliver vehicle(223) of the receiving side franchise company(226). The post mail is transferred to a taking side distribution center by a network delivery vehicle(225) of a network delivery company(227). The post mail delivered to the taking side distribution center(224) is transferred to the receiving customer(221) by delivering to the taking side member store(222) by the taking side delivery vehicle(223).
