The lever mechanism has a cam grove with a curved region in which the pin of a second lever slides. The curved region has a radius that is less than a determined value. The speed of movement of the pin within the groove reduces when it reaches the curved region of the groove. The invention also relates to a corresponding channel switching mechanism for motor vehicle air conditioning plant.
