The device incorporates two heat-exchangers (12,14) extending along a portion of the vehicle roof, each with an evaporator (16) and heater (18). Double radial fans (22) installed further from the centre line (20) force the air emerging from the heat exchangers into the vehicle. Fresh air for the condensers is drawn through a central opening (34) and may be directed to the heat exchangers via openings (30) by setting of flaps (26) which otherwise exclude it while the internal air is recirculated. |
