A polypeptide selected from the following group: (1) a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence represented by SEQ ID NO:1 or 2 in Sequence Listing; (2) a polypeptide comprising at least a fragment or a part of a polypeptide as defined in the above (1); (3) a polypeptide having a polypeptide as defined in the above (1) or (2); (4) a polypeptide having a homology on the amino acid sequence of at least about 70 % with a polypeptide as defined in the above (1) or (2) and having an activity of binding to TRAF; and (5) a polypeptide having an amino acid sequence derived from an amino acid sequence as defined above by deletion, substitution, addition or insertion of one to several amino acids and having an activity of binding to TRAF; and a polynucleotide encoding the above polypeptide.
