The stable reproduction of Wobble signals without generating beats despite of an improvement in recording density by narrowing a track pitch. Data by optical magnetic recording is recorded on a Wobbling groove (71) and a land (72) between adjacent Wobbling grooves (71). The Wobbling groove (71) is so provided as to wobble both its side faces in different amplitudes. Both the side faces wobbled in different amplitudes are wobbled in the same phase in the track direction. These different amplitudes of both side faces are preferably set 33-40%.
