TEMPERATURE COMPENSATION CIRCUIT OF POWER AMPLIFIER

PURPOSE: A temperature compensation circuit of a power amplifier is provided to stabilize a current of a bias circuit changed by a temperature, thereby implementing a circuit with requiring a less current. CONSTITUTION: A temperature compensation circuit of a power amplifier includes an input terminal(Vref) of a bias circuit for supplying a bias voltage to the power amplifier, a voltage supplying terminal(Vt) for supplying a predetermined amount of voltage to the input terminal(Vref) of the bias circuit, a temperature sensor(TH) connected between the input terminal(Vref) and a ground of the bias circuit for changing a resistance in response to a temperature, a first resistor(R1) connected to the temperature sensor(TH) in parallel to reduce the degree of the resistance change and a second resistor(R2) connected between the voltage supplying terminal(Vt) and the input terminal(Vref) of the bias circuit for dividing the voltage. The temperature compensation circuit further includes a bypass capacitor(C) connected between the input terminal(Vref) of the bias circuit and the temperature sensor(TH).
