SYSTEM FOR ISSUING AND TRANSMITTING ELECTRONIC CERTIFICATION DOCUMENT

PURPOSE: A system for issuing and transmitting an electronic certification document is provided to implement an issuance and a transmission of certification document through a communication network with supplying a function of forgery protection. CONSTITUTION: A system for issuing and transmitting an electronic certification document includes a request part(10) for requesting an issuance of the electronic certification document in the form of digital by sending a message of certification issuance request and for receiving the issued electronic certification document, an issuing part(30) for issuing the certification document in the form of digital by processing the received the message of certification issuance request and for protecting and transmitting the certification document to a relay part(20) based on PKI encryption and an electronic signature technique, the relay part(20) for receiving the issued certification document and for transmitting the issued certification document to a receiving part(40) and the receiving part(40) for receiving the encrypted electronic certification document from the relay part(20) and for decrypting the encrypted electronic certification document by applying the PKI encryption and the electronic signature technique. The relay part(40) is capable of receiving the issued electronic certification document by requesting the issuance of the electronic certification document to the issuing part(30) together with the receiving part(40).
